The Visionary

Maurice Goodson is a dedicated leader, visionary entrepreneur, and proud father. A graduate of Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

As the Founder and CEO of 3T Technology Solutions, Maurice leads a thriving software engineering firm that has served major clients such as American Express, Capital One, United Airlines, DirecTV, Tapestry, Coach, Kate Spade, and the U.S. Treasury. With over two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in technology, innovation, and problem-solving to both the private sector and nonprofit space.

In his role as Board Chair of TG31 Mission in Motion Foundation, Inc., Maurice provides strategic guidance and visionary leadership to further the foundation’s mission of empowering youth through mentorship, education, health, and community outreach. His passion for service is rooted in a lifelong belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Maurice is also the proud father of Tyler, Taylor, and Tavien Goodson. He finds great joy in supporting his sons' diverse talents in athletics, music, and entertainment. Outside of his professional and philanthropic commitments, Maurice enjoys quality time with family and exploring the ever-evolving world of technology.
